If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations or rescheduled appointments with less than 24 hours of notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service.

To reserve your appointment, a credit card will be kept on file. Your credit card will not be charged until the time of your appointment. Failure to abide by the cancellation policy as stated will result in the appropriate charge to the card you have placed on file. If you are uncomfortable leaving a credit card on file, you may prepay for your service by booking online.

Late arrivals will receive the best treatment possible within the remaining appointment time; total service charges still apply.

Inappropriate sexual gestures, insinuations, or conversations are NOT tolerated. Any violation of this will result in the termination of your session immediately. Regardless of when your session ended, you will be charged the total service rate for your appointment. Any future services will be denied.
